My office location is 2021 Richard Jones Road, Suite 130, Nashville, TN 37215.
Parking & Entry:
If you park and enter through the front of the building, you’ll be on Floor 2. Take the elevator down to Floor 1 to reach my office.
If you park and enter through the back, you’ll already be on Floor 1—just walk down the hallway to find Suite 130.
My office is located right next to the elevator, so it’s easy to spot.

Yes, I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located within Tennessee. Many clients find this option convenient and just as effective as in-person therapy.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, though we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and goals.

My fee is $150 for individuals and $175 for couples, per session. I am an out-of-network provider, but I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance. I’m happy to guide you through that process if needed.

The first step is scheduling a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, discuss what you're looking for, and determine if we’re a good fit.

Please email or call 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are within the 24 hour window for cancellation, you will be charged the full session fee. Please ask me about my cancellation/missed appointment practice policy if you have more questions.

Yes. Your privacy is very important to me. Our sessions are confidential, with a few legal exceptions related to safety, which we’ll review together in our first session.

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a document that provides you with a clear breakdown of the expected costs of your therapy sessions. It is part of the No Surprises Act, designed to help clients better understand and plan for the financial aspects of their care.
