WOMEN’S COUNSELING IN NASHVILLE, TN
Compassionate therapy for women navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, and the everyday challenges that can leave you feeling exhausted and lost.
You’re carrying everything for everyone… and somehow still not doing “enough.”
There’s so much pressure—juggling the calendar, managing everybody’s emotions (while you bury yours), and remembering who needs what by when and where. Maybe you’re navigating motherhood or the heartbreak around trying to become one. You’re grieving—maybe a person, maybe a dream, maybe the version of yourself you barely recognize anymore.
Other days, it’s the emptiness. A sense of loneliness inside your relationship or feeling unfulfilled in what your days have become. You might be in the middle of a divorce, caring for aging parents, or silently dealing with something from the past that no one else knows about.
You’ve told yourself it’s fine. You’ve kept it together, powered through, and stayed busy. But now, the anxiety is louder, the exhaustion is closing in, and you’re starting to wonder how much longer you can go on like this.
As women, we’re often praised for holding it all together—for being strong, selfless, and resilient.
But sometimes, “strong” just means no one knows how much you’re actually struggling. You don’t have to do this alone anymore.
HOW I CAN HELP
I’m here to help you find your own kind of peace and power—beyond the roles and the noise.
In our work together, we’ll gently explore how your many roles—partner, mom, daughter, employee, caregiver—have shaped how you show up in the world and how the invisible load is weighing on you. But more importantly, we’ll discover how to start showing up for yourself in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. That means you’ll learn what self-care actually looks like for you—not a checklist, but a shift.
This work isn’t about perfection or fixing—it’s about flourishing on your own terms.
My experience and training matter, but meaningful therapy—real, transformative work—happens through genuine connection. In this space, you'll be met with deep empathy and unwavering understanding. I'm here to truly listen, to honor your experience, remind you that you're not alone, and that you are never "too much" or "broken". Together, we'll build a foundation of trust so that you can finally release - or unpack - what's been weighing you down.
You might be here because…
Sex and intimacy feel complicated right now
Life is changing in big, unexpected ways
You’re dealing with a loss
Something from your past keeps distracting from the present
Anxiety is making every day feel harder
Whatever you're carrying, this space is shaped around you—your needs and goals, your healing, your pace. Sometimes that looks like practical tools: breathwork, emotional regulation strategies, clear steps forward. Other times, it's about learning what's yours to hold and what's not, practicing both acceptance and empowered choice. Because even when life feels out of our hands, we still have agency. And that's where real change begins.
We’ll reconnect with who you are as a woman—celebrating your strengths, resilience, and worth, just as you are. My goal is that you step back into your life with a clearer sense of your needs, boundaries, and priorities, plus a self-care practice that feels meaningful, not like another item on your to-do list.

You matter. Your needs are valid. No exceptions.
Embrace a therapy experience that helps you…
Rediscover yourself beyond your roles or others’ expectations.
Feel more grounded and less reactive even when life doesn’t slow down.
Start setting and keeping boundaries without second-guessing.
Finally make time for yourself that doesn’t feel like one more thing to manage.
Make peace with what’s yours to carry—and gently release what isn’t.
This is your sanctuary—a space to feel deeply, rediscover yourself, and to begin again with strength and grace.

Not at all—we’ll begin with where you are right now. If the past surfaces, we’ll meet it gently and only when it helps you heal and move forward. This isn’t just about talking—it’s about actively equipping you with tools and strategies to feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more in control of your everyday life.

Anything that's on your mind or heart. It might be tension in a relationship, the weight of expectations around motherhood or womanhood, pain that lingers from the past, questions you can’t quite name, or simply not feeling like yourself anymore—this space is yours. Nothing is too heavy, too messy, or too small. If it’s real for you, it matters here.

Yes—and it makes sense that you’re feeling uncertain. It’s actually really common for one partner to be more open to therapy than the other. While I can’t shift with you from individual work to couples therapy (that wouldn’t be ethical), your individual work still holds power. Together, we can focus on helping you feel more grounded, clear, and confident in how you navigate your relationship. Even if your partner isn’t ready for therapy, you’re not stuck. Change can begin with you—and often, that’s where the most meaningful change starts. You can learn more about my couples work HERE.

That’s more than okay. You don’t need to have the right words—you just need to show up as you are. Part of our work together is creating space to untangle what you’re feeling, make sense of where it’s coming from, and learn to express it in a way that feels honest and empowering. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—we’ll do it together, one step at a time.

It’s not selfish—it’s human. As women, especially as mothers, we’re often taught to put everyone else first. But running on empty isn’t sustainable—and it’s not what truly serves you or the people you care about. Prioritizing your well-being isn’t neglecting others; it’s allowing yourself to be nourished, too. In our work together, we’ll gently explore the guilt that can come with that and begin to redefine self-care—not as something indulgent or shameful, but as something essential, restorative, and deeply deserved.
